What is AduanasFlex by DGNanotech?

AduanasFlex by DGNanotech is a B2B SaaS application built and operated by DGNanotech, S.A., a software company headquartered in the Republic of Panama. It is designed exclusively for licensed customs brokers and logistics operators who need to manage the complete lifecycle of their customs operations in Central America.

The platform centralizes the entire customs procedure workflow: case intake, container and transport management, permit control, tariff lookups, configurable process stages, client invoicing, refund management and accounting records. It replaces spreadsheets, scattered emails and stray documents with a single, auditable, multi-user system where every action is logged.

AduanasFlex by DGNanotech is not a consumer application. Access requires an invitation issued by the contracting customs broker firm to its authorized staff (account executives, tariff specialists, accounting and administration). Public self-registration is not available.

Why AduanasFlex by DGNanotech requests access to your Google account

AduanasFlex by DGNanotech offers optional integrations with Google Workspace to fit into the existing workflows of customs brokers. Connecting a Google account is voluntary and only required if you wish to use the following features:

Google Calendar
Synchronize customs procedure deadlines and stages as events on the user's calendar, and display upcoming events in the application dashboard.
Gmail
Send notifications and documents related to a customs procedure from the authenticated user's account, only when the user explicitly requests it. Read messages associated with a procedure when the user imports them into the file.
Google Sheets
Import client lists, product catalogs and accounting catalogs from Google Sheets selected by the user.
Google Docs
Import templates and supporting documentation from Google Docs selected by the user.

AduanasFlex by DGNanotech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: we do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent or as required by law.
